Grafton Housing Authority maintenance department is basically non-existent ! A year ago, on July 24th, while going downstairs ( I live on the 2nd fl) I missed the very last step & broke my leg. I couldn't see see it because the light was burned out. When maintenance was notified, it took them 3 days to replace the bulb ! Yesterday, I had no hot water. I had to leave for a while but when I returned I was told it was fixed. It wasn't and I still have no hot water! I can only guess that it must be a prequisite to have a resume that shows you really don't anything to get hired for maintenance at Grafton Housing Authority !
