We were with them for a few years, and everything was fine. This year, we received notice that our homeowner's insurance was going to be canceled because it hadn't been paid, even though it had been paid, and nothing was changed on our end. Instead of the agent taking care of the situation, it was left to us to deal with, and it took a few hours of back and forth calls to make that happen. Ultimately it was their fault, as they had changed their computer system and had addresses incorrect, both the mortgage companies and ours. Our auto policies were even being delivered to an address on the other side of town. All of this, and absolutely no follow-up from the agent to see if the issue had been taken care of, so I essentially was doing his job. To top it off, when we switched agents, we found our that we were paying 40% higher premiums on our cars than needed, and 20% higher on our home. We are now saving about $800 this year, and have the exact same coverage.

I've used Matt & Automated Insurance Partnership for years. I love that they shop around for the best rates and each year on renewal they contact you to let you know if there are potential savings. I highly recommend them.

This company needs to work on giving correct information to their customers. They also need to be on the same page with the other employees they work with. I was given different information from every single employee there due to them not communicating with one another or maybe not even looking for the actual information. I have now switched insurances and they still messed up my cancellation of my policy with them.
