I have been a customer of Gaudette Insurance since forever-- so long that I don't remember when I first bought insurance from them, although i would estimate at least since the early 1980's. I have taken out auto, home and umbrella insurance with them. I think their premiums for the level of coverage to be reasonable and affordable. Fortunately, I haven't needed to file many claims, but I have filed a few. Each time, I have been completely satisfied with their handling of the claims-- from initiating, to processing, to updating, to final settlement, to follow up. Their personnel have always been professional, pleasant and highly efficient.
