I was introduced to Insight by a solicitor. Initially, it was $99 once a quarter, good deal! They were very responsive and came out with a few days when I had a problem. After that year, the price went way up, but Insight was willing to barter over the price, fun! Seriously, it felt like a game of pick your price, but they are flexible so it was enjoyable. I’m locked in for the next year now & very happy about it. Highly recommend!
Michael, like Jason before him, was professional, friendly, and informative. He left the requested spider boxes and mouse traps. Michael also made suggestions and it was obvious he wanted to make sure we are satisfied customers. He spent the time needed to be thorough, and he checked areas for possible entryways and secured them, with prevention suggestions. We are very pleased with Michael’s work today, 04/05/21.
We love Insight Pest Solutions! They are always so friendly, polite, and professional! Omar was our Tech who treated the exterior of our home this visit. He was super nice, spent time listening to our pest concerns and was very thorough in treating. Insight Pest Solutions stands by their service and product, something we've appreciated over the years!
Been with Insight for 9 months. Regular inspections have been easy to schedule and inspectors are thorough and responsive. They listen kindly to our concerns and ask helpful questions and give good general information. We had an infestation of wasps, called and they came and came again to recheck.
I unfortunately forgot his name but the man that came to my house but he was extremely nice and explained all the services the company provided since it was my first appointment!nnIt was super easy to book an appointment and to pay online. They have a website where you can pay through there or make an appointment if you don’t want to call. Their pricing is incredible considering all the services they provide and you can even pay for the year in advance and get a discount!nnI highly recommend them and can’t wait to continue using them for my new home!
