Was very disappointed with them I bought my stove there , I was having issues with almost a house fire because of it and the fire department came out, had somebody come out and charge me about $195 for the service call, and then an additional 160 to fix something that ended up not being the problem ud83dude30ended up with the fire department coming out after that charge with almost another house fire ud83dude29They told me that they would come back again and charge me just $100 instead of 195 for the first hour which is BS!!!! There should not have been a charge when the first time didn’t fix the issue it should’ve been a free service call !!! I argued that I wanted half my money back at least, they did do that after I said I was going to go to consumer affairs and channel 5 ud83dude29I won’t go there again I work for a company and we would certainly make sure everything is right without the second charge no problemud83dudc4d I guess that’s why we have no bad reviewsud83dude08

We ended up canceling our order! Our sales rep was so rude and told me “ if you haven’t had to wait for anything I was lucky “. What the hell does that mean!! I will never go there again nor would I recommend The Stove Place..

Have been dealing with The Stove Place for many years. Always have what I need,. Today needed some coal stove pipes, and had all the correct ones in two minutes. Best coal, great service, friendly and knowledgeable employees. 5 star rating!

I do not have anything good to say about the STOVE PLACE, customer service is not there . Just try calling them their phone message advised you not to leave a message, not professional not nice people to deal with. There are plenty of other stores that offer the same products and are a lot friendlier.. NEVER AGAIN
