I have been coming to MCycle for over a year (started when they first opened) and this is hands down the MOST amazing place. Not only is it an incredible spin studio but the people here are some of the best souls I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Megan and Richmond have created a warm, loving, accepting, supportive space for riders of all levels! I call many of the people I have met here my friends and have loved becoming a part of this community.

M Cycle is a beautiful cycling studio that is rhythm based. (If you're looking to just pedal in your saddle to music, this isn't the place for you. If you are looking to dance and feel like you're at a concert on a bike, you should check it out! The instructors do a great job making steady changes that don't leave you whiplashed between climbs and sprints. The choreography keeps you on your toes, and the music, out of your saddle. If you're looking for a beautiful, friendly community to ride, I would recommend M Cycle!

I've never been to any other spin studio so won't be able to make any comparisons... but honestly don't think I'll go to anywhere else in SLC as this place is the best!! The studio is clean and has great amenities, cycling space is super cool with great lighting and bikes, but the best thing about this place is the instructors. Every one I've had has been fantastic (personal fave is Lindsey because her music is always fire). Trap Thursday is my favorite day! This has been my favorite way to work out ever and I leave feeling amazing every time. The world is really freaking crazy right now and boy does it feel good to sweat it all out.

This studio brings you in like family from day one! I was so grateful that they worked to reopen as soon as they could after COVID, because it is my go-to for reliably positive vibes when I need it. Beautiful space, great classes and even better people.

Coming from the Westside of Los Angeles, I was exposed to some great Spinning classes. Moving to Salt Lake I was pleasantly surprised to find a gym like M Cycle. The facilities are absolutely the best, extremely clean and spacious. Richmond, one of owners never fails to ask everyone how are they doing and can he help! Each and every one of their instructors wants to make your ride the best possible experience, they are all wonderful. Like any profession you have the stars and That’s where Lindsay & Megan come in, they can compete with any instructor around world. Vincent
