Average gas station. Good prices but looks a bit worn down.
I've been told, from a quality standpoint; Prime fuel is as good as Sunoco. Service is good, attendants are friendly. Pricing is VERY competitive!
Not surprised to see a bad rating. Horrible customer service. They dont even have a credit card reader inside the station for cards that dont work on the pump the owner couldnt care less about bad service and the worker left my gas tank open in the rain and wouldn't shut it. Lost my business and all my family who lives in upton. Word of mouth is how your business will fail.
Upton area friends: DO NOT USE AL PRIME GAS STATION! Was just there, asked for $25 - he filled my car and tried to charge me. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me and other people I know. I told the man I was not paying for anything I did not ask for he tried to tell me AGAIN that he would give me free gas next time...they have NEVER once honored that. I told the man I wasn’t leaving until he gave me my money back and he started screaming at me in front of other customers until I left, once I got in my car he yelled louder. He did not give me he money until I told him I would sit and wait for his boss to come. HORRIBLE customer service, the people who work at these gas stations do this to try and get your money. Please be careful for this.
One of the cheapest places to fill up your gas tank and the lines do get big but it is worth the wait for cheap gas.
