The place looks nice, and maintenance is the best. Make sure your shower works before moving in. Make sure you don’t plan on getting a dog since the list of accepted breeds is easier to read than the restricted ones. I can hear everything my roommate does through the walls, literally hear him breathing. Paper thin. Freezing all winter unless you blast heat 247, have fun with that bill. But they look nice so.

Lady at the front desk doesn’t like to answer the phone. The only good thing about this apartment is the maintenance. Which is fantastic because the apartment is constantly falling apart, so you will constantly need to put in maintenance requests. It is a MAJOR waste of money. The parking is horrible, they tow your cars and the walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors having sex and discussing how the pizza from the other night gave them diarrhea. Not to mention how he loves to scream at the TV while playing video games.

So glad I moved out!!!! I had to move out two half months early due to Covid yet still paid rent (over 5k) and they stuck me with a 30 dollar cleaning bill to clean shower. This was after they made me professional clean carpet on a loft I didn’t use. Worst living experience of my life. Super thin walls and constant strong weed throughout!!!!

I, like so many others, were drawn to this place because the impressive look of the apartments with those spiral staircases and industrial aesthetics, but all that shines is not gold and these apartments are the thinnest coat of gold leaf over walls held together by sticks, spit and wishes.nnPros:n+ Impressive when you have friends visit, they will inevitably think the apartment looks cool since they don't have to deal with all its faults.n+ Near the reservoir - wonderful running trail or a place to take a strolln+ The staff were always lovely people to me and I liked them greatly.nnCons:n- It cannot be UNDERSTATED how THIN these walls are. Get ready to hear every conversation from your neighbors, the constant clatter of dishes being put away, or what was most maddening to me -- the ripcord snoring of a neighbor every night. The walls might as well be made of the cereal that the nearby factory produces for all the noise cancelling it does. I can't impress upon you in any short form how much you will actually be able to hear the other apartments, but trust me it's never going to be peaceful.n- Poor door sealing. You can see a solid gap around the door to at least some units and can feel the wind blow in during the winter months. Suffice it to say the units are wonderfully heating inefficient.n- The lofts are SCORCHING, the high ceilings look great, but the sensor for the AC is on the bottom floor and you will never cool down the lofts. I tried to use it like an office and simply could not reliably use the space in the spring to summer seasons because of the unabated heat.n- The air system brings in your neighbor's smells. I'm a vegetarian and let me tell you the constant smells of roasted meats or greeting every weekend with my entire apartment reeking of bacon was not a great experience.n- No ethernet jacks anywhere. One could be mistaken for the seeing the landline port quickly during a tour and thinking it's an ethernet port, but nope -- hope all your electronics are wireless.n- Garbage is an absolute pain. The garbage is at the far side of the parking lot in the way back so have fun lugging your piles of trash out in the winter.n- Most galling is that they will absolutely nickle and dime you when you move out. They essentially expect the apartment to be in a state of stasis during your stay and will come after you for an exhaustive, nit-picking list of absolutely everything once you do inevitably rotate out.nnAll in all if you ever wish to have a moment's peace in where you stay and want somewhere that's not going to absolutely try to gouge every red cent out of you that they can when you do leave -- DO NOT COME HERE. I didn't take these reviews seriously when I moved in and I frankly regret it.

So, due to Covid-19 my roomate and I were both stuck in Florida with work at the time our lease ended, after being in constant contact with these guys and being told we were all set when we told them we couldn't afford to pay another month. Now, when we were able to get back and grab all of our things out, not only did they charge us for the rent we were told wouldnt be charged, but got charged a total of $5,000.00 AFTER them taking our security deposit. There is no way that should happen, realistically when we moved out they had to do nothing more than general maintenance to the place to get it move in ready for the next person. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER
