Fails to honor multiple written requests to opt-out of their direct mail marketing campaign as per their own privacy policy, even after involvement of KW Corporate (legal). Extremely unprofessional. One thing is certain - when I decide to sell my property, I will avoid KW and The Goneau Group at all costs.

It is always a wonderful experience to work with Kathleen and her team. I bought my house and sold my condo with Kathleen's team. They thought of everything, from their willing to walk your dog before a showing, to providing suggestions to get rid of excessive household items and suggesting movers that supported our local veterans. Kathleen know the market and knew how to market my condo for sale. There was a showing practically everyday . I am still able to reach out to Kathleen for assistance as her circle of connections are extensive, from tree removal to other realtors in other states to assist with rentals or selling of other properties. You can be sure that whoever Kathleen refers you too will be on their game and do the best they can for you.
