I don't know how anyone could have a bad experience here. I also don't know why you would publicly post information about an injury occurring here when there is a perfectly professional manner of handling issues.nnAfter completing 20 years on active duty, this was the most thorough and professional audiology appointment I have ever experienced.nnThank you!

I wish I never was sent here. The VA made me go to be examined here. What was supposed to be a non-invasive exam resulted in an injury that I’ve been dealing with ever since I went here which I’ve been dealing with for over a year and still trying to get fixed. When going for an exam you should never have to worry about leaving worse than you arrived.
