I'm going to give 5 stars because the administrators over the phone were very helpful and friendly. They confirmed that my daughter could be a patient there and not be dismissed due to religious vaccine exemption. Unfortunately, there are so few pediatrician offices in the area that do not dismiss non-fully vaccinated patients (no way I'm sticking my little girl with a vaccine that has been made from a murdered child), that there is a 5 year waiting list. I called 2 different times, speaking to 2 different people assuming it might be a mistake. Nope, 5 year waiting list. It goes to show you how dedicated and respectful the staff here are to patient rights and how needed this type of service is in Massachusetts. It's been 10 weeks since I've moved here and the search still continues for a doctor for my 9 month old girl.

We switched to kids on the common 4 years ago and never looked back! Dr. Rugo and the rest of the staff are amazing! A more natural approach to children's health with a team that actually wants you to be an active part of your child's care. And Sunday appointments for sick visits are great!

WATCH OUT!!! These people are quick to call child services on you! I am very disgusted that a practice would put this type of stress on a child. making the parents spend all day and night at the emergency during flu season with a perfectly healthy child that has never been sick before just to have the doctor say everything is fine and let us go home. I miss one appointment because i was switching to a better Doctor who is plant base where i will not be asked to feed my child meat! or make him fat with butter and this is what happens. I did not even receive a call on my cell phone from them before they called child services. Not saying every doctor there is bad because we did have one good one, But I felt very disrespected and judged for our lifestyle. If your a plant base family or are expanding in higher consciousness and are more aware about all the dangers out there that limit your child's full potential then don't make the same mistake I did. Make sure you find a Place that supports your lifestyle.

I can't say enough about this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We wanted someplace that was more personable and holistic in it's approach, and we got it. We even had an urgent issue with my daughter shortly after joining the practice and they got us in the same day!

Dr. Rugo provides excellent care for our family. She has tremendous expertise but also listens and respects parents' input so that the plan of action meshes well with a family's thoughts and values. Highly recommend.
