It once was one of the best place to live. Good manager, friendly staff. I used to live there for many years until I had to look for another place because they stop caring about old renters like me. My friend who still living there told me about the rules that imposed to people. Even though you have the right to have a parking space, if you don't have a car, you don't have space for you family members when they come to see you. I was there the other day, and my car almost was towed for being just 5 minutes visiting my friend who doesn't have a car now but had a space before. Now those spaces are useless. They used to fix and clean the yard in winter, now they don't care too much. Two winters ago a lady broke her hips outside of her apartment because they failed to clean. Last winter, another lady who is old the wind took her storm door away and they don't even bother to replace it. You can see by yourself, there is the only apartment who doesn't have a storm door. Poor lady. Back windows' frames are so old that you can't even put an air conditioner there without scaring you by falling on you. If somebody from the housing state department can go and check those back window's frames, you will see I am not lying. I used to love lancaster housing. But now I am sad to see how the new staff is making almost the impossible to live there. Hopefully, it changes in the future, as it was before where seniors where more important than anything.
