Lush green grass in the bay. They had restaurant and small art shops along the bay. A visitor center with bathrooms. And it was a smoke free area. Everything was clean. I would suggest shoes and large wheeled strollers because some of the walk ways are covered in broken shells.

Interactive and fun for all - we went with kids (10 & 8), parents & grandparents. Everyone loved it and the staff are fantastic! A little scavenger hunt for the kids ensured that they read about each exhibit. Overall, a great little museum. We spent about 1 to 1 1-2 hrs there.

Hidden gem, don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior. Packed with interesting artifacts, active boat workshop and barn filled with treasures.
