I have have left several voicemails, emailed their social media pages, and gone to their shop a handful of times over the last two months. I still have not received a return call/message and the shop has been closed each time. I'm hoping they reopen.

Unfortunately I can't provide a real review on this place. The reason? I called and left a detailed message of what I was looking for and requested a call back to setup an appointment, but never received a call back. Once a place shows me they lack the professionalism to even return a phone call, I don't dare test the waters by allowing that business to touch my car. Shame, because they may do excellent work. It's true what they say about first impressions. This business made a very bad first impression. One that for me cannot likely be changed. If you know a place I can have a wrap done for my vehicle that actually answers the phone and returns phone calls, please let me know. I waited over a week to get a call back... On to the next! I Just wanted to say Mike and Ashley did AMAZING job on my Tesla Model 3. I got my car clear wraped and ceramic coated with a red stripe added on the side. I had my interior wraped to brush metal black to cover my piano black interior. It's been seven months and I still can't be happier.

I can't express how happy I am with Mike and his team at Mass Wraps. They are professional and highly skilled. My car came out better than I expected. Mass Wraps will be the only person I ever bring my cars to. Highly recommend.
