A few neighbors on Hallam St recommended these guys. They were spot on about the great experience. My car got hit by a U-haul while parked on the street. Brought the car up to the shop and Jake took care of everything from there. Everyone was super responsive in person, on the phone and by email. Work was awesome and quick.
Great guys professional service
Had to get some minor damage repaired after someone hit my car while it was parked in front of my house. They finished the work quickly, during a holiday week to boot, and the damaged panel on my car looks brand new. The price was exactly in line with what I was prepared to pay, as well.nnAlso giving points for the three very friendly dogs they keep in the office.
Mass Motors is a great place to get your car repaired at . I have been dealing with the auto body for my repairs for the last few years and they never seem to fail me . Jake and Tommy are great they will make sure you leave feeling pleased . It doesn’t stop there they also take care of you if you have any issues after the car is fixed with no hassle . I’m a pretty picky person and trust me when I say they are amazing and they whole team at Mass Motors including Vaz show great customer service. I feel like this is my one shop stop because they are always willing to help me out with anything from bags to car seats you name it they are willing to step in . Okay so these guys are the absolute best. Took care of mynFront end job after a mishap at our local car wash. Tommy and his crew had me in and out in days and they did an impressive job.nWould recommend any day.
