My daughters hummer broke down and since my husbands passing I had no idea what was going on. They took care of my daughter Ashley who lives in Boston (I live in NJ) like she was their own child. They explained everything to us through the whole process. I had the truck worked on 3 weeks prior by a franchise which charged me a thousand dollars and couldn't figure out what was wrong, even though she kept saying it was her transmission - which by the way she was right! Can't say enough about this company!
CANNOT BE TRUSTED - DO NOT TOW YOUR CAR HERE.nnMy car broke down off-hours & I had to make a decision as to where to tow my car to - I made the wrong decision. As it turned out I needed a new radiator for which they quoted me $600+. Having just replaced another radiator on a 2nd family car I knew this repair to be at or around $300. Asking for backup; they quoted the radiator itself at $350. I then called a local auto-zone and found a radiator for $140.nnMy car was inoperable, another tow would cost me $100+ & it was the day before Thanksgiving & I needed my car to travel to see my family. With this knowledge & leverage over me they refused to negotiate and essentially dared me to call and have it towed somewhere else - which despite the $$$ I did.nnConsumer beware!!
