I called Mike to ask him a couple of questions about some body work that I needed done on my Jeep. He was very helpful, honest, and he really took the time to understand my needs and wants. He ended up coming up with a great plan that worked for me and my budget. A+ for customer service. Also, A+ for the actual work done on my car and for the great price! Thanks Mike! Can’t say enough about Mike Z. My car was in complete “disrepair” and he returned it to me showroom-new. Not only is his technical expertise unparalleled, but he is a compassionate human being as well. He walked me through the insurance and rental car process, which were new to me. He kept me posted with updates and progress photos the whole time. He is upstanding and honest, and I HIGHLY recommend him.
Mike performed great auto body work with attention to detail. His work looks good as new. He performed the work within the time first quoted. I give him five stars. I would have liked more communication with myself and the insurance company and setting and extending the rental date to the original time quoted. Five Stars!
