Tyler does a great job - listens to what I want and always has good ideas. The salon is very clean with good COVID procedures in place.
Second time in a row where I am quoted one price after services are performed, then my credit card gets charged $40-$50 more next day. The stylists are actually pretty good, but the cluelessness on billing and the inadequacy at the front desk is not worth it. Just because there is a card on file doesn't mean the desk should be able to charge whatever they feel like on it. Sadly, I need to part ways with that place for good.
I have never met such a rude employee as Josh so I refused to let him color my hair and I will not be going back to this salon.

Appointment at Liberty location. I was visiting from out of town. Josh did my color and Tyler did my cut. I was really pleased. Staff were respectful and personable. The salon is very clean. Most of all, both Josh and Tyler did an amazing job. I had great conversations with both. I love my hair cut and color!!!
