Chad Bishop did a great job advising me on my insurance claim. The insurance company ended up increasing my payout 400% which is more in line with what contractors were quoting for the work I needed done. Thanks, Chad!

A family member recommend I use there service. But I would not say they are good on the service part. I don’t feel like they are there for me getting my claim settled. I wonder if they are taking on to much business or my claim is not big enough for them. But I don’t feel like I am getting anywhere with them.nWe are working on 4 months and still no check from the insurance company.

They were very helpful. They felt with the Insurance company so I didn't have to. Also got me the claim I needed to cover all of the damage as well as personal property. I would highly recommend working with them.

Not in a million years would I have guessed that Chad and Paula would be able to get anywhere near what they did for our kitchen fire. They were incredibly easy to deal with, super responsive, and allowed me to be almost completely hands-off. If you're worried about spending 10% of your claim payment on a public adjuster, forget it. We got more than 4x what we were initially slated to get. And even after all was said and done, we ended up getting yet another check for an additional 10% more out of the blue! I know the 4x return is posted in here by someone else, which makes it all sound kind of fake, but that's exactly how it went down with us. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We had a car drive into our house back in March. I was interviewed by a TV cameraman, who suggested that I hire a public adjuster.nWe hired Chad from Petrocelli to assist us. Chad was very helpful and responsive, he had a good rapport with our insurance company's adjuster that no doubt helped with the processing of the claim. Chad was meticulous in his appraisal of the damage, and looked at all possible areas of damage, not just the obvious. Highly recommended!
