love it here! i got dip nails with tips and a pedicure and they did a great job. i love my manicure so much and the customer service there is amazing. you get to choose a scrub scent during your pedicure and has affordable prices.
a competent job but I would say nobody was welcoming. the woman who did my nails after I asked her name never asked mine. I felt the chill of not being recognized in a very not companionable way. I have had my pedicure and manicure done in Davis Square similar spas and in San Francisco. I felt so good about being there. When I left here, nobody even said goodbye. I gave a good tip because the work was fine but the feeling wasn't.
I started coming here about a year ago. I come every 2 weeks for a pedi and gel manicure. I think the service is excellent, easy to get an appointment and the price is right!
I went in for a full set of coffin shaped acrylics based off of good online reviews on regular manicures and cleanliness and I was very pleased. The staff was friendly, professional and very accommodating. I went in with a dip manicure and Vanessa removed the old product without damaging my natural nail and gave me a beautiful set. I also found the price really reasonable for the quality of work done and the salon to be clean and tidy.
Just left this awesome salon. It’s super clean and they even line the tubs with a plastic liner for sanitation!! The ladies are all really nice, friendly and easy to talk to!! I was getting my hair done next door (Drift Away- also a great place) and Donna worked her butt off to get my pedicure done within the 25 minutes that my color set. They rock!! I’ll be back regularly!
