Kroger Pharmacy

Worst pharmacy around. Extremely slow even when the drive through is empty and no one is in the store on a Monday morning. Staff standing around checking their phones. They will have you wait for 30 minutes before telling you they are out of stock and will have to order it. This location consistently disappoints, will not be returning.

I'm switching pharmacies as soon as I can. I just moved here and from day 1 have had nothing but problems. It often takes 24 hours or more to get a new prescription filled. You know what's NOT fun... vomiting and having to wait 24 hours for your anti-nausea medicine my doctor called in YESTERDAY. It often takes longer for refills, and several times they are out of stock for auto-refills. AUTO-REFILLS. That shouldn't sneak up on a pharmacy. Then, when they don't have enough to complete an order, they don't offer to give you a partial fill. They have told me several times a prescription will be ready at a certain time (usually taking hours) and it is not ready at that time. This isn't based on 1 bad experience. This is each and every prescription I've filled here for 3 months. I'm getting my last prescription today -- if it's actually ready, they told me it would be ready yesterday -- then switching pharmacies and not looking back.

Slowest place possible, and they do not listen to you when you specifically tell them you do not want a medication. This pharmacy need to clean house. Customer service is awful, I have never had a good experience with any of the employees at the pharmacy. Which to me is crazy!! They never have medication in stock, and it takes days...DAYS...to get your prescription ready. I have been waiting right now as I write this review for 40 mins! When I called it in yesterday!! Kroger upper management needs to be informed of this poor managed team. It’s not just one person, it is ALL of them.

Poorly managed and NEVER have any prescriptions in stock. I always had to get the script sent to CVS anyway so I finally switched to them for good. Never have a problem with inventory there! I just don’t understand how you can have the largest store in the state but a pharmacy that can’t keep the most common meds in stock.

I’ve only had great experiences here! The health care professionals are knowledgeable and helpful! Service is friendly and follow up is exemplary.
