We turned to Greenhow for help with a large centipede issue in our 100+ year old home. Not only did they thoughtfully diagnose the issue, and help curb the bugs, but everyone I’ve talked to is always friendly, helpful, informed and able to quickly help with whatever we need. They are always here when they say they will be and not only perform the service, but also take time to help educate me about what they are doing, and our options along the way. Definitely a company I trust, am happy to support and highly recommend.
Danny was so great. He took the time to explain everything to me. He found a few areas where the rodents could enter our home, blocked them, showed me where they were, put pet safe traps in various places, and disposed of one mouse.
Greenhow is the best! We had bees, mice, moths, ants, you name it, and they have handled them all. The service people who come out to your house are so professional and know so much. And, the office staff is outstanding. I highly recommend their quarterly service contract. I don't know what we would do without it here in New England. I have referred them to multiple friends and colleague with rave reviews on their excellent service.
Sean is great. Sent message via yelp and he responded immediately. Sent his crew for free inspection. The guys sent a quote immediately, we scheduled them to come out and install the system and the did. The office support is really nice as well.
I like the fact that you are so responsive to all requests and always take care of it quickly. In addition, the quality of your service has been consistent over the last several years that I have been a customer, please keep it up! Most of all I like all your technicians, who are empathic and really have the best of the customer at heart! I would definitely recommend your services to all.
