The lights are of excellent quality, there are interesting shapes for different types of interior. Caring staff. I personally bought what I wanted.

Customer Service Lacks Friendliness!nWas warned before I called Wilford's Lighting -- customer service was snooty, quick to get off the phone, and of no assistance to me. Couldn't even provide me a suggestion of another vendor who may carry the product I was looking for.
Salespeople are friendly and attentive. Listened to my thoughts and application before making recommendations.nThey tend to lean towards certain solutions (Techlighting track lights), but not unusual for these stores and the products are good quality.
This place was recommended by my electrician, when I told him I did not find what I want at Lowe's, Home depot or Ikea. At Wolfers Lighting, there is a wide variety of lights, even a amazing mirror with light and an integrated mail/video/music player. Not all are available in this showroom, but you can count on the help of a lighting designer to help you find the right one.nThanks to ChristinennNB: I'd have put a 5 stars with a little bit more of lights in the showroom. Some test spots were empty.
