This place I do not recommend to anybody. They will evict you for anything that they can raise your rent Skyrocket it. They go by water mouth just to evict you without having the hardcore evidence. They're harass you they stalk you. But the thing that really sucks is their family lives here and their friends and they give them lead weigh. But everybody else is s*** out of luck. They send out a newsletter stating no fireworks on the property or you'll be evicted. But what's so crazy is before 4th of July all the way up until 4th of July 10 units on the property set off fireworks some was their family and some of their friends and guess what nobody got evictions or in trouble. Do not have get-togethers or you will be in trouble. I recommend go somewhere else. I know for a fact a couple girls had to have babysitters and they got evicted for having their babysitters they're watching their children cuz they considered that overnight stays or guest more than 14 days and a 12-month period. They tell us in the newsletter but they send out that they have officers that walk the property ride bicycles and bring the dogs and if for some God reason a dog hits on you which usually wouldn't if you don't have drugs that you have to be acceptable to having a search of your private property in your house units not everybody does drugs. They had a gentleman that was on the property that shot off a gun 6 people call the police and that person wasn't evicted and that guy still currently on the property so you tell me what's really going on.
