I was dreading going to this location based on reviews, but my son's learners permit expires next month and this was the only location that had openings for the drivers test. We arrived 20 minutes early to make sure we could locate the proper place to wait for the drivers exam. It was easy to find and clearly marked. He waited no more than 5 minutes, and started his exam early. He was having some noticeable anxiety while taking the test, but proceeded and completed the test with passing results. The instructor spoke to him kindly, respectfully, and even gave him some life advise on how to handle his anxiety. My son was very appreciative of the kindness and advise he was given. This experience was nothing of what I expected from reading prior reviews. At no time was he treated disrespectfully or abrupt with him. He was given the time he needed to successfully pass the test without feeling rushed or treated poorly. Overall he left there feeling not only happy he passed the test but also pleasantly surprised he was given the extra time for a nice life leason.

I went there for my driving test. There are no boards or people directing you to the right spot, and the only examiner was not present at the stall which, by the way, was outside in cold and I was not allowed to go inside. The test however, was very smooth and quick. So, in all, can't complain.

By far the least professional rmv I've ever been to, the employees are rude and disrespectful both in what they say and how they say it. The driving instructor, which unfortunately I didn't get his name was a pretentious and condescending and spoke down to me while administering the test and told me to reschedule after having driven 2 hours to get there having waiting 2 months for an appointment. I will NEVER be coming back here and I hope the employment of this instructor doesn't last long

Very pandemic cautious, however as long as you have an appointment and your paperwork is filled out, it should take you no longer than 30 minutes maximum. Friendly and proficient staff who do not mind helping out and answering questions!

My husband just went for his license. My husband has been driving for 10+ years. He needed to redo permit and a road test due to moving from Puerto Rico to Massachusetts. The guy was so rude from the beginning. Took him for the road test for *NOT JOKING* less than 2 minutes. Told him to park handed him him his paper and said thanks, you failed, have a good day. My husband asked how and for what. The guy ignored him and walked away. And would not answer. He put an X on every single column. Not sure if this is a race thing or because he was about 3 minutes late due to not being able to find the building. What a waste of money and time. And to be treated so poorly is so ridiculous.
