The instructors here care about each individual that walks through the doors. They take the time to talk to you and the classes are 🔥! Each class is difficult in its own unique way. I’m happy to be a part of the community here at CPY Trolley Square!
Core Power Yoga has been a life changing experience for me. I began with the free week in November and I've been a member ever since. The Yoga instructors at Core Power are experienced and talented at conducting a class for yogis of all skill levels. I recommend beginning with a C1 class if you are new to CorePower Yoga. Core Power has been the best investment I've made in myself. The benefits from Yoga are remarkable.
Corepower is the best yoga studio!!!!! Love the C2 and sculpt classes so much and it works you hard enough to substitute the gym. Every instructor brightens my day!! (10/10 recommend going to Diana’s sculpt)
We’ve been members with CorePower Yoga for the last 6 months and we couldn’t be happier about joining. The instructors are all great and so welcoming and we always feel amazing after each session. The venue is very clean and well maintained as well with great amenities.
I love the main room in the studio, it has great natural lighting, and the space feels nice and open. Classes are consistent, and I always get a great workout.
