Would not recommend them. They laid carpet, in my new house with an obvious defect in it, I have texted Chris several times asking them to come and look at it and he just keeps saying we will be out and they just don't seem to care. I am not happy.
We had a very positive experience with Rodgers Decor & More. Jason was our sales consultant and he was awesome with communicating and helping us get exactly what we wanted. Workers were very quick and professional.
Rodgers has a great selection of flooring and a knowledgeable staff that will help you with flooring choices. However, when it comes to following up on commitments during purchase process they are terrible. I was told a few times they would get back to me with pricing and after a few days I had to call them. After a few times of this, it was obvious they do not care about breaking a commitment. Not the type of company I want to work with. I’ll take my business elsewhere! They are not the only flooring company in the area, but I believe they think they are.
Always get great personal service here. They will work with you on price and help keep you in budget if you let them know you you have one.
We have purchased 2 carpets now from Rodgers and have been very pleased. The initial price given over the phone was honored, and Wayne was outstanding in customer service. We purchased a Milliken product which had a flaw and Wayne immediately took care of it replacing the defective one. We also bought a Fabrica carpet and our installers, Richard and his brother Caesar were fabulous! We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!
