A big reason I chose this company, local, triple pane glass, 12 month 0 interest financing. I SHOULD HAVE USED A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH QUALITY PRODUCTS. I was lied to about the triple and the salesman changed the order to double and never told us, lying the entire time. When I pointed it out several people in the company told me there was no extra energy efficiency to be had with triple pane. I was approved for 0% interest with a credit score over 800. A month later another company ran my credit and then a third. Even though my credit was approved with the first company, they ran my credit with two other companies over 2 months. Why!?! I ended up paying cash when they offered a discount. Not to mention 6 months later and I am still trying to get my job correctly installed. Too many issues, NO customer service, and poor quality products. You should not have to submit warranty claims while the windows are still being installed. I have had to take off 10 days so far and the windows are still not correctly installed and I'm likely waiting about 8 weeks since they have NEVER orser replacement windows.nnNo customer service and extremely poor quality products that were defective the day of installation. Over $27k in windows and Im still waiting after 6 months.
