Versailles Urgent Care ( Urgent Care Centers Of KY)

Was going to give them a good review, but have been trying all day to get my COVID PCR results ... 1st time ... computers down...2nd... put on hold for 15 min... never picked back up ... 3rd time supposed to call me back... 2 hours later, no call!! Come on Urgent Care... this stuff is pretty darn important to your patients!!!!!

I received Excellent care and concern from all of the staff! They were incredibly kind and were willing to listen my need. They were prompt in administering the testing they recommended I needed and they were very fast and getting the results back to me. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, the staff cared for me exceptionally well!

I had scheduled a covid test and arrived early for a different issue. They refused to see me unless I took the test first. I told them several times I did not have any symptoms and couldn't understand why they couldn't take care of both issues at the same time instead of making me wait 40 minutes in my car before being seen. I should not of been given an a ultimatum when dealing with my medical care. I went to another clinic in frankort and they were super friendly and took care of both issues. If you are so scared of covid that you can not care for your patients then you need to close your doors!!!!!!

Should be called Urgen dont Care. It took all of 5 minutes to realize this place was not interested in tending to an injured arm. So much Covid testing, I guess they have lost interest in common decency. After realizing we needed to seek a different location for aid, we opted for Baptist Health. Great choice. They will get a 5 star review.

We called to make a registration to get a COVID test. We called and the lady said that we HAD to make an appointment but on the website it says that you didn’t need an appointment. So my sister told me that I didn’t have to make an appointment and I called again and she was even more rude. I asked if we could make an appointment tomorrow and she said I don’t know I’m not sure. Has to be one of the worst front desk operator ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f.
