To start, they came out and gave me a bid and detailed every expense in writing and that's the amount I paid. There were no surprises. Workmen arrived every day on time to complete the job. They were very polite and listened to what I had to say. They made no assumption about what I may have wanted, but involved me in every decision. For example, They had my husband sit on the bench in the shower that they built to measure where he could best reach the grab bars installed. The tile work was impeccable. Grout lines were straight and even. The last thing to be done was painting the master bath. The paint job was phenomenal. It looked beautiful. I also really liked the way Shawn Schildmeyer communicated with us. He was very straight forward in explaining how the job process would play out and about the costs. I felt he did an excellent job for a very fair price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bath Pro and sincerely thank them for making our experience such a positive one. They get five stars from me.
