My Dr recommended that I come here to try and recover from a broken tailbone and some hip issues. I worked with both Justin and Emma, and they were both wonderful! Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and they got me pain free pretty quick and I have a plan moving forward for how to keep me that way! I'd highly recommend visiting here if you need any sort of physical therapy!

Everyone at Empower is great! I worked mostly with Justin, and was able to work with various other therapists during my few months of therapy. Each of the 4 I saw added nuances to my healing regimen, based on their particular area of expertise. At the end of our time together, my knee pain is gone. I still have some strengthening to do, but mission accomplished from team Empower. I highly recommend this group.

Cindy from Empower is absolutely amazing. She's down to earth, and friendly. She taught me a lot about my own body and health I might have never known without seeing her. If you need physical therapy, go to empower!

Cindy and Emma are the best! The whole crew at the anchorage office made me feel welcomed. My daughter went in with back pain. They worked with her and made her feel comfortable when she was nervous. Now she’s pain free. The best physical therapy place in all of anchorage!

I've been doing physical therapy at Empower physical therapy following my hip stem cell procedure. I highly recommend them! All the team, from Gabby at the front desk, to Justin, Emma, Cindy, and entire PT team, are so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's a pleasure to come here. They all work so seamlessly together. Besides PT, they do a great job on manual manipulation as well as dry needling. Thanks so much for all your help!! ud83dude0a
