I was referred to this place back September 25 2020. I called today and couldn’t ever get a hold of anybody October 13 2020 . I was finally contacted late in the day while I was busy as all get out. I was able to talk with them briefly but not able to answer all their questions at that time. I couldn’t be given an appointment until I provided ten million answers and a DOD number! I didn’t have it and was working at the time. When I stated I can call back when it was more convenient for me I was then told it is not fair to them! Did I understand that right me being the customer am not able to have services provided to me at a more convenient time for me? I was told I am not being cooperative. I asked for a supervisor I was just given her co worker who sat next to her. I got the same run a round and ended up hanging up. I stopped by the place of business to schedule in person and it was locked up before end of posted business hours. I knocked and no one would come to the door to assist me at all. This place is not the place to be handling people with this kind of piss poor service!!!!!!! I will be doing business elsewhere with better customer services!

At the beginning of the year I tore my ACL and Meniscus and was referred to Alaska Physical Therapy. Throughout the year, I worked with all the physical therapists and they’re all great! I especially loved working with Shauna, she was able to make high-energy workouts for me, so I wasn’t getting bored throughout all the sessions I had to attend. The facility is very clean and everyone was very friendly.

Was a patient with them for over a year rehabilitating my shoulder and hips! Wonderful people and really appreciate all they helped me achieve when I otherwise felt hopeless.

The entire staff was respectful and attentive to the care I needed. Took time to make my care their priority, excellent one on one sessions!

The staff here is very professional from the receptionist to the PTs. I worked exclusively with Michelle and she had the hands of an Angel. I would show up barely able to move and when I left was moving like I didn't have a issue at all. The program she worked up for exercises made a huge difference in my daily routine and it continues to help me get better. Even though I was there for physical therapy everyone was always friendly and seemed genuinely interested in how you were feeling. I am not a talker by character but for some reason felt so comfortable with Michelle we would carry on a conversation the whole session, week after week. You can't find a better place to go to to get back on track and on the way to a speedy recovery. Thanks Alaska physical therapy your team Rock's. Hopefully I don't need to return but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.
