Pleasant Holidays

I scheduled a trip with them through AAA. The hotel was under construction which I was not told about until a few weeks before we left. The hotel was very disappointing. They need to revisit the rating for it. We had multiple problems and the customer service rep was belligerent about us not being notified of construction but very helpful with the rest of the problems. Bottom line, I'm not sure I would use them again.
