Horrible customer service. I was excited to get away from Bevco... This is a bigger more difficult version. Someone bring them some competition!!

Do not get services with this company, if I could rate no stars I would. I was persuaded to do business with this company by my Sysco representative and he put me in contact with Matthew Robinson. Matt promised me three months free service for being one of the first ones in our area to test out Nuco2 (and I have email proof) and that never happened. The best they could do is give me a credit after (calling and calling and calling about it) that did not cover the amount that they charged me for in the first three months. And then once you are in a contract with them it's expensive to get out of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS!

This company has extremely poor customer service, the technicians act with complete disregard for safety and their contract is designed to rip you off. Don't sign it, you would be better off going with literally anyone else.

We currently use Nuco2 at our business and they have competitive pricing and great service!
