The majority of my visits I haven't had to sit and wait for a long period of time. They listen well to our ailments and go through a thorough explanation, then decide the proper solution. The staff is always smiling and that makes my experience less stressful. Very nice staff and reliable.

My husband and I were scheduled for the J&J covid vaccine at the convention center, we got there 30 minutes before our scheduled time, when there was one person ahead of us I’ve heard one of the employees tell him that they ran out of the J&J vaccine. Why in the world they scheduled if they don’t have enough.nToday just got a call from Lincoln clinic offering an appointment for Wednesday, of course I declined it because they already made me drive for nothing and it might happen again, she had the guts to tell me that she was going to note there that I was no longer interested!! It was them that failed and I am at fault? Unbelievable!!!nLove my doctor though.

I love the attention I get from the nurses an the Doctors always willing to answer my questions

Doctors and nurses here are very nice and they treat you with respect no matter who you are.

Switched from Neighborhood Health clinic thinking that I'd be getting actual care here. So far, I had Dr.Barlow and just before he was going to see me and give me a referral to a specialist, I came in for my appointment and it was cancelled without notifying me. Then I'm told he no longer is a resident here. Have to get a new primary care Doc. I saw, two weeks later a doctor that knew nothing of my problems, had to go over everything that I've already went through with Dr.Barlow to the new doctor. She ended up ordering an ultrasound that I've already had, and said I'm getting a referral for a lung capacity test, that would arrive in the mail. It's been a week and still nothing arrived. So far, I'm having a very hard time at this clinic. No care at all, not listening very well and just brushing me off like I'm making things up. All the while, my kidney pain is worse, and having more issues bc whatever's happening inside me is being completely neglected. If anyone knows of a good doctor to ask for here, PLEASE let me know.
