Sevdy's Modern View Mobile Ct

This isn't a classy park (even as mobile home parks are measured) but it is a surprising park. Our first impression of Sevdy's was not good. The park is a bit cluttered, many of the trailers are shabby and need work, several non-working cars parked in front of many, a bit weedy... etc.nnLooks are a bit deceiving. Most of the residents are retired; many of the rest are graduate students with a few families with small children. The last remaining few are people who work the construction down town and are living in campers. The park has a sweet, sociable community atmosphere... people socialize, we know our neighbors on both sides and up to three lots down and some behind us. We chat and sit out together on the 4th of July and watch the fireworks over Sunnyside.nnIt's quite... extremely quite. No loud parties or drunken stupidity, most of the residents are laid-back and chill. The views are typically very nice if you are on a lot with a view (we are). Sevdy's was my first experience living in a trailer and I don't think I will ever go back to apartments.

For a mobile court it's not too bad.

Good rv spot close to all the amenities Pullman WA has to offer
