I took my son. He needs a specialist. And the Dr wanted to treat for something different. And wanted to argue with me about what I know.

Ever since the new dr there the whole place has changed. The staff is rude from the front desk to the nurses. I would not recommend going here for your kids they arent even kid friendly. Sad when it is a pediatrics . its toobad they switched drs. I wish chehalis childrens still took my insurace because they have always been amazing. However i will not be going back to vally view.

Since they have gotten a new doctor, I have received 2 last minute cancelations on the 2 appointments, that are time sensitive, that are scheduled at the previous appointment. The office staff is great but the new doctor is flaky and wasn't aware of the typical side effects of the medicine she has my son on.
