Chelsea is a wonderful Feldenkrais physical therapist! I have been in a similar field for 20+ years and have received a lot of bodywork. Feldenkrais with Chelsea is gentle and comfortable and can be just as, or even more effective, than much more aggressive styles of bodywork without the pain!.

I started working with Chelsea to improve my knee pain. Little did I know that I would come away with an expanded sense of movement. My knee is now in great shape and I am much more conscious about my movements and I move much more efficiently. This has translated into better rock climbing, weightlifting, and snowboarding. I highly recommend CMB Movement to anyone who, well, moves. For me it’s truly been a game changer.

I started seeing Chelsea due to chronic pain from fibromyalgia and a major surgery several years ago. Chelsea is a warm and friendly practitioner and each session was very relaxing. She taught me how to improve my mobility and reduce pain through very subtle and gentle movements and breathing exercises. Highly recommend CMB therapy!

I saw Chelsea after having back pain and mobility issues from sitting and driving a lot for work. I noticed an immediate impact in my range of motion after our first session, and she has taught me how to move more efficiently throughout my day so I don’t hurt after being in the car all day.
