Factoria Dentistry

I have been going to Factoria dentistry for some time now. Dr. Chihab is great dentist and never any pain or discomfort.

(Written for my elderly mother)nMy husband is 82 years old and had a terrible toothache. He went to Factoria Dentistry and saw Dr. Chihab. The Dr recommended that he pull the tooth, so he did this on 2/20/20. After pulling the tooth, there was excessive bleeding and it would not stop. He had to stay at the office for over two hours due to the bleeding. My husband is on blood thinner medication, but the Dr neglected to ask for his medical history or the types of medication that he was taking. For an elderly man in his 80s, medication is common and neglecting this simple question could have avoided this.nHe does not have dental insurance and so we were charged $495 for this procedure. Normally, other dental practices offer a 10% discount for people without dental insurance, but no help was offered. Due to my husband being in excruciating pain and loss of blood, he was unable to ask for a discount during time of service. We are senior citizens who live off of social security. I called to ask for any type of discount, but all they could offer us was a 10% discount on a future appointment for a partial denture. We canceled that future appointment due to the sheer cost of everything. We will not be going back to Factoria Dentistry.

I used to go there multiple times for really serious issues in my molars and it has been always great. Staff is friendly and the clinic is tedious and Dr. Chehab is really experienced and I always recommend him for people who might need root canals and deep teeth work. You will be in good hands!

The entire staff and their work has been great! Came in with an emergency and Factoria Dentistry has since become my permanent dentist.
