LL Flooring (Lumber Liquidators)

I visited several flooring places in the tri-cities. Lumbar Liquidators, by far, had the best customer service. They were extremely patient, answered all of my questions and helped me feel confident about my purchase. I was able to get a higher quality floor than I thought I could afford because of the sale price. We love it! And we were able to return the extra flooring without any issues.

We purchased about 750 square feet of rigid vinyl plank as part of a remodeling project. We purchased the product at LL and hired their crew to perform the installation. The store and the contractor were both great to work with and we're very happy with the install.

Great place , with friendly customer service. was in and out in no time. if you know what you want specifically or even just want to upgrade existing floors that is your place. I went in with a specific item number and left with exactly what I wanted.

Eddie, the store manager, was extremely helpful in resolving a complex issue with our purchase of flooring. Because of the added expense to us to purchase much more flooring and our additional labor costs, he was able to have us repurchase the flooring at a sale price and have the product shipped directly to our home. Thus, our out-of-pocket costs were reduced significantly.
