Brian is knowledgeable and friendly. He referred me for nerve conduction tests before deciding what my treatment will be. Received call fromnNeurologist next day to schedule. Can’t wait to see what the treatment plan will be. Been dealing with this since November.

Always a good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and Brian Allen did a great job with my injection. No pain at all! He was very thorough, and explained alternative treatments to consider for the future.

I had a full right hip replacement by Dr. Van Horne 10 weeks ago. I'm 37 years old and this surgery saved my quality of life. The entire team at Paragon Orthopedic Center set clear expectations and meet each one with a professional and friendly attitude. The organized battle plan for recovery was easy to follow and I was back to work in 10 days. I was walking 10k steps at 30 days, and at 2 months I wake up forgetting I had a hip replacement. Dr. Van Horne has the best bedside manner in the entire planet! If you're in pain, don't put it off, Dr. Van Horne can save your life as well. I owe you one Doc!

If you are needing orthopedic work, this is THE place to go in S. Oregon. Dr. Van Horn and his staff make an unfortunate surgery the most streamlined and easiest possible. He has it down like a well oiled machine. Dr. Van Horn is very personable, never demeaning, answers questions respectfully and truly wants the best outcome for the patient.
