Greg, Kayla, and Andrea are so nice and friendly! They have been able to help me so much in such a short time and always making sure I was okay.

The physical therapist did a good job but unfortunately her staff was difficult to deal with, billing staff to be specific. I was ill and called to cancel my appointment. My insurance only allowed three cancellations so I told the girl I didn't want to reschedule but she told me it would be fine and I would not lose a cancellation spot if I call back and was still ill. I made the appointment and had to cancel again because I was still sick and ended up getting fined by my insurance$49 which the girl had said I would not. They also gave me a difficult time with the cancellation and reschedule. I do not like to go places when I have fevers with chills runny noses Etc. Physical therapy is painful and stressful enough, having to deal with stressful office staff is not pleasant.
