Dr H & his staff are amazing. I am always able to get myself and my family in in urgent situations and our day-to-day healthcare needs are always met.nOptimal health use standard medicine as well as alternative which I respect and appreciate.

As other reviews have stated, the office staff is not friendly. There wasn't a friendly greeting or smile to be had. In general, if you're a doctor (and I haven't actually met with this doctor, but the reviews he's received are good), your staff is customer service, and here they were lacking in making a new patient feel welcome. I did have a good experience with the medical assistant and nurse practitioner though, they were quick but thorough in meeting and discussing any concerns about health that I had.
