Hands down the worst providers office in Grants Pass. The staff and receptionists are rude and cold mannered. They answer the phone like robots. They need to have a meeting with their receptionists team about how to speak to patients. People calling may be calling for a sensitive topic but they answer cold and short. Then argue and interrupt the whole conversation. Spoke with two different people today and they were both blatantly rude. It's clear why the ratings here are so low.
