Very sad to have to post this because it didn’t use to be like this. But today I showed up 10 minutes early to my Annual visit.There was one receptionist working.She did not get me checked in until 8 minutes passed my appt start time. The provider spoke with me for 7 minutes and didn’t want to hear any of my concerns about my health. Sent me on my way. It was a 30 minute time slot that I spent 7 with the provider. Very unprofessional. And was NOT patient centered. I feel that insurance should know they’re paying for 30 minutes of care when in reality I only got 7 minutes of terrible experience.

Only gets 2 stars because Dr. Black in pediatrics rocks. Doctors and nurse practitioners are a revolving door in family practice. Finally get with a consistent doctor and he ignores my asthma only treating my migraines. Went to urgent care because they wouldn't schedule me an appointment with my doctor or any available doctor for my breathing. X-ray at urgent care says I have lung flattening now because of my acute asthma not being taken seriously. So done.

I loved Dr. Molteni but after seeing Dr. Phillips my children will no longer be receiving care from Grants Pass clinic. He didn’t introduce himself of even look my way when entering the room. He did not talk to my child like a human being deserving respect, he did not ask if he could touch him for the exam. Treated it like a task to be done not providing care.

Beware, Grants Pass Clinic Doctors. If you want Doctors you can trust go elsewhere.nThe only thing they care about is their salary.nEspecially Dr.Hitchcock who is living up to his name quite well being a horror story of a doctor for some.... Even at the cost of an infants life. Beware!!! Look him up if he ends up your doctor, use news websites for best accuracy. Good luck and be well.
