My experience with Rogue River endodontics has been terrible. I had a root canal performed in June after waiting for a month for the appointment. A few weeks after the procedure my tooth was still hurting so I called back to have it looked at. Of course I couldn’t get an appointment for many weeks. I went in and Dr Javarone said she couldn’t find a problem and it may need more time to heal but she would consult with the other doctor and get back to me. When I hadn’t heard from her the next week I called back and she was on vacation. My tooth was really hurting so I went to my primary dentist to have it pulled. He said that the root from the next tooth was crossing over and he thought the endodontist could fix it. This was clear in the pictures and should have been seen before the first procedure. I went back to Rogue River endodontics and told the doctor about the root crossing over. She said she didn’t think that was the problem but again she would consult with the other doctor and get back to me. Again I never heard from her. I then called and asked for a refund. I paid 1475.00 and my tooth was not fixed. They said I needed to come in again to have my tooth looked at. This time she said it was the root crossing over and she thought I needed a root canal in the tooth next to it. I would have never had a root canal performed if I was going to need two. And when I told her about this canal months ago she said that wasn’t the problem. Now I have payed a bunch of money for a tooth that has caused me pain for months and her solution is to give her more money. Literally the worst dental experience I have had. Very disappointed.

These people here are AMAZING! Every employee from reception, right down to Dr.Dryden himself, was friendly, helpful and happy ! I think I honestly heard each employee laugh at some point in the hour I was there. Can't say I really want to see him again, lol but if I had to pick a place to work, THIS would be it!!! Oh, and he saved my tooth from being extracted!

No one wants a root canal, but if I ever have to have one again, this is the only place I will go. Extremely professional and friendly staff, and doctors that listen to you! Will recommend to anyone I know needing endodontic care.
