I have had a fear of dentists most of my life, however Doctor Carmel Townshend and her assistants have really helped me overcome that fear with their gentle and professional demeanor and their positive attitude. This is a s but far the best dental experience I've ever had. Completely thorough and pain free. The entire staff is amazing and Dr Townsend is a rock star!

Really great and gentle! The entire staff was hilarious and they even entertained me with cool teeth facts when I asked. Also, they let me keep my teeth after they pulled them. Probably the best dentist I've ever been to.

Very rude to hang up on a new patient. Do not recommend. Apparently their rudeness is at all their dental offices from eugene Oregon to Southern Oregon.
