Claire's Walmart

I have taken 4 of my 5 kids in to the Claire's in the Redmond Walmart to get their ears pierced including my infant daughter. We have had Chrissy (I believe the store manager) pierce all of our kids and I will now never go anywhere else!! She does an amazing job! She was professional and patient with all my kids and handled my 3 mo old daughter with no problems at all! I will never use anyone else now

I have never been treated so badly and unprofessionally in my life! I went in to return a pair of earrings that were very visibly not the same and the blonde women her name tag said Latosha I made sure I looked at it was so rude to me, she was slamming her hand on the counter telling me I could not return them! I showed her they did not match and she said they looked fine to her!! I had a receipt I had not warn them and she refused to take them back! I will. Ever shop there again because of how rude she is.
