Hugh was most welcoming when I arrived & Autumn was awesome with letting me know what to expect with pricing future braces. Actually the whole team was efficient and positive. I like seeing a business where the faces are familiar and there is not a lot of turn over..The greatest asset is your people. I was a first time patient today. I wasn't told it was inside the mall when I booked the appointment so it took a bit to find the location. The dentist was nice but once it was time for my teeth cleaning, I waited 30-40 minutes in a chair for the hygienist. Other staff came by 3 different times to apologize for the wait. By the time the hygienist got to me, she was very nice but said she didn't have time for my cleaning because another patient just got in so I'd need to book another appointment. They were overbooked, had me waiting that whole time in a chair, and then said they need to get to another patient that JUST walked in the door? Their best offer was for me to come back in 3 hours.nnI won't be coming back.

Dr skovborg and Maya and maurin are all so nice and they make you feel welcome. They really take there time and are very caring thank you guys.

Clackamas Town Center Gentle Dental really came through when I had a crown unexpectedly come off. Even though their schedule was very full (closing the rest of the week for the holidays) they worked me in and I was able to have it repaired within a few hours.
