Rogue Valley Pet

I've been getting our cat food here for just over a year now. I've always found the customer service to be superb, but yesterday's encounter was on a whole other level! The gentleman that works there is so knowledgeable about the different cat food companies and how they compare to one another. I've been getting the Nutri Source brand, which he told me is a great company, but I wanted to see what the next step up would be. He showed me two other brands, and when I showed interest in switching over, he gave me a free sample to take home to have our two boys try. Well... They gravitate to this new food when both are presented to them. His customer service is above and beyond. :)

Great little shop! So glad to find it. They are friendly and helpful there. My first visit they recommended a food to try for an issue 1 of my dogs has. Both dogs loved it and it is working. I've been back and got the largest bag they carry. I can't leave without buying too much.lol AWESOME Store!!! Check it out

Traveling in Oregon. Needed more Honest Kitchen. They had limited choices and had what I needed. Looked around. Had a great choice of high quality out food, treats & toys. Would only shop here if I lived in or near Grsnts Pass.

I love Rogue Valley Pet they are so helpful and they're kind and they treat you very well.

They had all the different foods I had been curious to try with my dog but didn't want to order. I loved the variety of products, there was a lot of unique treats and fun toys. Even an orange shop cat to keep my dog busy.
